Our principal attorney, Al Hodges, graduated from the University of Southern California School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1970. Mr. Hodges is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as all California State Courts.

       Mr. Hodges is much in demand after building an enviable track record during his 35 years as a trial attorney, and has reached the point where he is able to pick and choose the cases which most interest him. Areas of expertise include complex civil litigation, class actions, insurance bad faith, the "lemon" law, major personal injury matters, commercial contract law, discrimination, asset protection and business tax law. Mr. Hodges has been retained as an Expert Witness in Attorney Malpractice Cases, has served as Arbitrator in 100+ cases, is listed in Who's Who in California and has served the community as Judge Pro Tem.

       Our offices are located in the historical "Holly Building" in Old Town Pasadena and, while we're large enough to do battle with the corporate big boys, we're small and friendly enough to give each client personal, singular and undivided attention.
